Customer-service text messages

With your permission, Construction Guys Inc. sends customer-service text messages about estimates, appointments, construction projects, billing questions, requested training and class information, enrollment, book orders, and customer support. This program does not include promotional marketing messages.

SMS terms

By selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox and submitting your phone number, you agree to receive the customer-service messages described above from Construction Guys Inc. at the number you provide. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, visit our contact page, email service@constructionguys.com, or call (650) 442-4258. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation of your request. Reply START to opt back in. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

SMS privacy notice

When you request text messages, we collect your name, mobile phone number, consent selection, and information you provide in your request or messages. We use this information to respond to your requests, provide the services described above, maintain consent records, and honor opt-out requests.

We use Kajabi to collect website requests and RingCentral and telecommunications providers to deliver text messages. Information needed to operate the service is processed by these providers. We do not sell customer information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties for their own messaging purposes.

For questions about your SMS information, or to request correction or deletion, contact service@constructionguys.com. We may retain records needed to honor opt-outs or meet applicable obligations.
