Ordering and shipping

What information do I enter at checkout?

Use an email address you can access and enter the recipient’s full name and complete shipping address, including any apartment or unit number. Review the details before completing payment.

Is shipping included?

Yes. Shipping is free with every printed book. Our five license exam books are $79.95 each with a matching PDF; the Contracts Handbook is $39.96 with its digital toolkit. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm delivery availability for your address.

When will my printed book arrive?

Your printed book ships the next business day via FedEx, with free shipping. Shipping means dispatch; delivery time depends on your destination and FedEx transit times. If you need the book by a particular exam date, email service@constructionguys.com before ordering.

How do I correct an address or ask about an order?

Contact service@constructionguys.com as soon as possible with the checkout email, order number if available, and the correction or question. The team will check the order’s status and what can be changed.

What if I need a cancellation, return, or help with a damaged book?

Contact the team with your order details and a description of the issue. If your purchase depends on particular cancellation or return terms, ask us to confirm those terms before you purchase.

Accessing your included digital files

  1. Complete your purchase. Use the same email address for checkout and your customer account.
  2. Follow your purchase access instructions. Check your inbox, including spam or promotions folders, for your receipt and any account-access messages.
  3. Sign in to your Construction Guys student library. Open the download product for the book you purchased (General B, C-36 Plumbing, C-10 Electrical, C-20 HVAC, C-27 Landscaping, or the Contracts Handbook) and use its download control to save the PDF.
