Keep the units with it

See how the book teaches area, volume, weight, truck capacity and the reasoning behind a calculation.

Read the building first

Follow an illustrated load path and learn why a member that looks inconvenient may be holding something up.

Understand the balance

Use a simple paper model to understand unequal support reactions and the limits of an exercise.

No sign-up required. Excerpts retain the full digital book's page numbers. This is a sample, not the complete book.

Learn the reason behind the answer.

These are original practice questions, not actual or recalled CSLB exam questions. This independent book is not affiliated with CSLB, PSI or Cal/OSHA and does not guarantee passing. Current laws, local requirements, qualifying experience and safe supervised practice still matter.
